Our Commitment to Accuracy

Privacy Blood Lab is committed to maintaining the absolute clinical and legal accuracy of our educational guides. While we review our entire database quarterly, diagnostic reference ranges, CPT billing codes, and state reporting laws fluctuate over time.

If you identify an outdated reference, a minor factual error, an incorrect link, or a statutory shift that contradicts our published content, we encourage you to submit a correction request immediately.

Our Corrections Review Workflow

When a correction request is submitted:

  1. Factual Assessment: The Editorial Team reviews the submission against verified primary sources (CDC guidelines, academic literature, or legal statutes).
  2. Database Amendment: If the correction is verified, we update the HTML article page, rebuild our machine-readable JSON indexes, and revise our sitemaps within 72 hours.
  3. Transparency Log: Significant factual updates are logged in the metadata and compiled in our review-index.json to maintain transparency.

How to Submit a Correction

Please email your correction request to editorial@privacybloodlab.com, including:

  • The URL of the specific guide or topic page.
  • The exact sentence, metric, or link requiring correction.
  • An authoritative primary source (such as a CDC page or peer-reviewed study) verifying the requested adjustment.
